Referral Rewards Program — Terms and Conditions

Overview

All users registered on the Qwen Cloud website may participate. After a referred friend completes their first qualifying purchase of eligible Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (non-refundable), both the referrer and the friend receive rewards as described below.

1. Program period

April 1, 2026, 00:00:00 – May 31, 2026, 23:59:59 (UTC or as shown on the event page, if specified).

2. How to participate

Referrers

● Log in on the event page and click Copy link to generate your unique referral link.

● Share the link with friends.

● You earn rewards when a friend completes a first successful, non-refundable paid purchase of eligible Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

● Limit: Up to 50 successful referrals per user (maximum total reward: USD 500 in vouchers). Referred friends

● During the program period, open your friend’s link to visit the event page; this establishes the referral relationship.

● Complete your first paid purchase of eligible Alibaba Cloud Model Studio during the program period.

● You will receive your reward according to these terms.

● Note: Each user may be successfully referred only once. Multiple purchases after a successful referral do not increase rewards; multiple referral relationships are not stacked.

3. Rewards

Referrer: USD 10 in vouchers per successful referral.

Referred friend: USD 5 in vouchers upon your first qualifying purchase.

4. Voucher details

● Eligible products: Valid only for designated Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

● Eligible order types: New purchases, renewals, upgrades, and pay-as-you-go bills, as supported at checkout.

● Usage: One voucher per order or per bill. Whether a voucher can be applied is determined by the options shown on the order details page.

● Application logic：

Pay-as-you-go: The voucher is applied after your free quota is fully used. Usage beyond free quota and voucher value is charged based on actual consumption.

Subscription (prepaid): Select an available voucher on the checkout page; the discount is applied when you pay.

● Issuance: Vouchers are credited to your account on the calendar day after the referred friend’s first qualifying purchase. View them under Benefits → Vouchers: https://home.qwencloud.com/benefits/voucher

● Validity: 90 days from issuance. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.
